Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal for any deposit made to pub204 constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pub204 reserves the right to suspend your Account, recover the disputed amount from remaining funds, and pursue legal remedies if necessary.

Upon termination for breach, pub204 may forfeit any Funds remaining in your Account after deducting the value of any confirmed fraudulent deposits or chargebacks. Where termination occurs without breach on your part, any verified Funds balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
